Two days at CV Summit 2026 in Zurich, and a week that showed how closely Dubai and Switzerland now work together.

Before the summit, I opened a workshop with M/HQ for wealth managers and family offices. We discussed what families need as their businesses, investments, and succession plans become more international, and where they still meet friction.

At the Kongresshaus, I delivered a keynote titled “Connecting Markets: The Future of Global Blockchain Innovation.” My argument was that blockchain innovation may be built locally, but its greatest impact comes when ecosystems connect. Our partnership with CVVC and @CV_Labs began at Davos in 2020 and helped lay the foundations of the @dmcccrypto , now home to more than 800 companies. From Zug to Zurich, I have watched the conversation at this summit move with the industry, towards institutional adoption, payments, and tokenisation.

Tokenisation came up in many of our conversations. Our tokenisation of the world’s largest silver bar shows what it has to become to matter commercially. The 1,971-kilogram bar was manufactured in the UAE. @Tokinvest_Cap handles the regulated issuance, Brink’s holds it in custody, and its ownership is verified through @DMCCAuthority’s Tradeflow platform.

At the booth, the conversations were practical: business setup, licensing, and international growth across @dmcccrypto, @dmccaicentre , and @DMCC_Gaming .

Refreshing to meet Marc P. Bernegger @marcpbernegger , Co-Founder and Chairman of Longevity Investors @Longevity_Inv and Maximon @maximon_ag, The Longevity Company Builder, at CV Summit 2026 in Switzerland. We discussed shared opportunities for the @DMCCLongevity and Dubai’s prospects following the latest landmark milestones from the Dubai Longevity Authority.

Switzerland demonstrates what becomes possible when science, capital, and entrepreneurship reinforce each other. It has one of the highest life expectancies in the world. Its chemical, pharmaceutical, and life sciences industries account for CHF 152.1 billion, or 53%, of Swiss exports, and its biotech sector raised CHF 2.6 billion in 2025 while investing CHF 2.5 billion in R&D. Dubai is now establishing the framework to transform that same ambition into a thriving commercial industry.

Established by @HHShkMohd in June, the Dubai Longevity Authority serves as a dedicated regulator for longevity, wellness, and advanced health across the entire value chain. On 27 Sept, @HamdanMohammed approved its strategy and budget, targeting approximately 31% annual growth and over AED 35 billion in economic contribution over the next decade.

Spanning R&D, clinical trials, manufacturing, and commercialisation, the Authority’s mandate includes a supervised Minimum Viable Product programme designed to help innovators test and scale. Its focus is healthspan, the number of years people live in good health, and its work supports Dubai Economic Agenda ‘D33’ and Social Agenda 33.

This creates three immediate avenues for collaboration.

Since 2020, the Longevity Investors Conference @Longevity_Inv has united investors, scientists, and founders from Gstaad to Davos, providing a network that can connect serious capital with emerging @dmccfinx opportunities as Dubai moves into implementation.

@maximon_ag builds science-based longevity ventures, supported by a Longevity Co-Investment Fund with a CHF 100 million target, and Dubai’s combination of a science-driven regulator and an established business ecosystem offers a natural base for regional expansion.

Maximon’s AYUN clinic in Zurich pairs physician-led diagnostics with personalised preventive care, and its plans for the Middle East create clear scope for exchange with our clinical community.

The @DMCCLongevity already brings together nearly 400 member companies, 108 of them @DHA_Dubai approved, including The Brain & Performance Centre, a @DP_World company.

With the regulator in place and the business community established, the next step is connecting the right science and capital to them. Switzerland and Dubai bring distinct, complementary strengths to the same objective: longer lives, lived in better health.
