There have been some superstar writers in Y1 today writing sentences to describe pictures from a story. Our enthusiastic writers remembered capital letters, full stops, finger spaces and are trying so hard with their letter formation. Well done ✍️🤩👏

Stardust Academy have led cheerleading coaching sessions with Y3 this half term, culminating in a cheerleading festival held at Lode Heath School. We were so proud of Y3's confidence & enthusiasm performing to a large audience, including a panel of judges 👏

Y6 had a brilliant time at @RAF_Cosford last week consolidating their WW2 learning. They enjoyed exploring the hangars & seeing artefacts. Well done Y6 for your impeccable behaviour & manners too 👏

Last week saw some exciting awards for Solihull schools. We are really proud that Lukas won Child of the Year and Emma received ‘Special Recognition’ for the Kindness award. An amazing accomplishment of both of these extraordinary pupils – Cheswick Green are so proud of them 👏🏆

Thank you to our Y6 families who were able to join us recently to design a waistcoat for a WW2 evacuee’s teddy bear. The children had a clear product in mind whilst designing and it was brilliant to see them bringing their ideas to life👏🤩
