Asked to be put up in a hotel but the offer was submit a claim ti seek reimbursement - again a negative impact upon me .

We were totally looking forward to flying Virgin but this has put a dampener on things.

Still on hold - 34mins on the call so far !!!

@richardbranson extremely disappointing customer experience and poor service being offered by Virgin following a schedule change at their end. Offer to return via another country but no realisation they is have to pay for an ESTA (USA) - why should I pay the extra?

Stephen sold his ticket to a friend who died in the 1989 Hillsborough disaster.

On 26th February 2011, Stephen sadly committed suicide 😢

He never got over Hillsborough.

He left £61,000 to the Hillsborough memorial group.

R.I.P Stephen. YNWA 💔
