@etihad - My father arrived in Chicago from Abu Dabhi on Monday evening but his checked in baggage did not arrive. We were told that the baggage was never put on the flight from Abu Dabhi. No one at @etihad desk in Chicago airport knows anything!!!!

Hi @VZWSupport. Talking to your customer support right now. For three straight months, I've been overcharged by $80 for an international plan I deactivated in Aug. Always end up getting charges revoked through credit, someone promises won't happen again. Same cycle each month.

To add to it, I have to IM every, single, month! I have to explain the situation. first, @VZWSupport lies to me saying I don't have any add-on! Once I point it out on the bill, they say it can't be removed!
