In November, three Lewis F. Mayer Middle School seventh-grade students — Anna Kreps, Kaleb Kish, and Julius Carden — were honored by the City of Fairview Park as winners of the annual "We Do Care" essay writing contest. 🇺🇸

The students were recognized at the Nov. 3 Fairview Park City Council meeting, where they read their letters before city officials, veterans, and community members.

Zoey Mahalic has turned her love for making bracelets into a mission to spread kindness across her community.

This Sunday, September 28, at the Fairview Park Gemini Center, Mahalic is inviting the community to join Zoey’s Kindness Club and its mission to spread kindness. From 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., volunteers of all ages can stop by to help make bracelets that will be donated to patients at Fairview Hospital to brighten their day.
