@SF_England The reply was insufficient and didn’t deal with my issue. Tried again to be transferred to a student finance officer, told the wait was 42mins, asked to wait in the queue and then told no officers available. So I have to send another message and wait 5 days?!

This is how 13yr-old Ismail Mohamed Abdulwahab was buried this week.
He died alone in hospital from COVID-19.
He was buried alone too because his mother & siblings are in self-isolation.
His father died from cancer a year ago.
Think of Ismail before going sunbathing today.
