@Bell @Bell Ive done as you suggested and called the call center, speaking to a case manager, and he once again told me to to wait 24 hrs, and theres no update and this will take a long time to get my phones. So now what?

@Bell what an absolute disgrace!I upgraded my phones(26 June),fedex called that the boxes received were empty.Ive had an agent drop my call,case mngr Joey-Anne not calling back,now spoken 2 "walter", another case mngr dropped my call while I was still talking to him!Dnt use Bell!

@Titizma1 Buy something that readily has parts, which would also mean your services are generally cheaper. Something like a toyota for example. Dont get a french make, such as citroen or peugeot, the parts and services are very expensive.

@PicknPay has put a hold on my money for grocery shopping, then deducted a separate amount, effectively taking double the amount. Neither @AbsaSouthAfrica who is my bank, OR @PicknPay want to help to reverse this. No feedback. Even escalations are not helping. Please contact me!
