Had an awesome time ministering at YouthFest at Supersport Park! What an incredible atmosphere filled with faith, passion, and purpose.
I had the privilege of challenging the youth to rise up and become the leaders of today—not waiting for some future opportunity, but taking responsibility right now to influence their schools, campuses, communities, and nation for good.
The youth of South Africa are not just the leaders of tomorrow; they are leaders today. Every generation has a responsibility to stand for truth, lead with courage, and make a difference where God has placed them.
Thank you to everyone who made this event possible. I left inspired and full of hope. The future is bright because a new generation is emerging—passionate for God, committed to purpose, and ready to transform our nation.
Today we gathered together with faith leaders at the G20 Interfaith Forum planning meeting to discuss the necessity of collaboration with all stakeholders to bring about transformation in our communities. I spoke about the critical role of the church using Luke 4:18 as the foundation where JESUS said: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me: To preach the gospel to the poor (marginalized); He has sent
Me to heal the brokenhearted (hurting), to proclaim liberty to the captives (oppressed), and recovery of sight (vision) to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed…” Jesus emphasizes compassion, a love for one’s neighbour, which means the necessity of confronting systemic evils, confronting poverty, inequality, war, speaking out against policies and practices that contradict biblical moral imperatives, and practically demonstrating the practical application of social justice.
@eNCA Praying for each family affected by this heartbreaking news and for the community. Trusting in God's divine power to bring healing and restoration
A prayer service has been held for the families of the victims of the Soweto tavern massacre. The death toll has now risen to 16 after another victim died in hospital. #DStv403#eNCA

@BertPretorius
Therefore, leaving the discussion of the elementary principles of Christ, let us go on to perfection, not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works and of faith toward God,
Hebrews 6:1 NKJV
