@StateFarm still doesn't care that after 2/17/23 when my rental car is returned, that I won't have a way to get to work. I was told by them that it's my problem, not there's. So they don't care that I could lose my job.

(11)@StateFarm I need a job in order to pay my deductible to get my car back. It is not my fault that the woman who ran the red light and smashed into my car doesn't have insurance. What good is uninsured motorist coverage then? Again I was told it's my problem, not theirs.

(10)@StateFarm told me directly that it isn't their problem I won't have a way to work after 2/17/23. When I explained that I'll probably lose my job without a way there, they again said it wasn't their problem and it was on me to figure out.

(9) @StateFarm claims call reps also refuse to give me my claims adjustors name. Each time I call I get a different person who give me a different answer. So much for your employees being trained the same. When I request to be transferred to someone higher up, I get denied.

@StateFarm social media reps are only replying back as quick as they can because they don't want their dirty laundry aired that they do not do their job and formal complaints have been filed. They don't want their other customers getting wind of it and lose their business.

@StateFarm Matters only get addressed when I call because no one actively works on my account unless I call and ask for an update. Then something get done but still does not get me where I need to be.

(1) Hey @StateFarm where's Jake when you need him? Because I'm sure the guy you have hired to do your commercials would do a heck of a lot better service to me than your actual employees do. Long story short, I was in a cat wreck on 1/13/23 and have yet to be assigned a claims
