Tears Before Bedtime is a skin created by Pudding_Evie (A Bear developer) and they themself said that it CANNOT be used in any other game besides Bear, which is where the skin originated from.

Plagiarized game not only steals Bear's code and ui, but also a skin from one of the bear devs which they SPECIFICALLY SAID can't be used in other games!
YvH also did not ask permission to use the creator's art or give ANY Credits to them.
