@_bajaj_auto_ltd I just got my Freedom 125 serviced at Pioneer Bajaj Service Center. While riding back, the front disc brake got jammed on the highway and I’m stranded. I called the service advisor but was told “kuch nahi ho sakta ab.” This is unsafe and unacceptable. Please help

Pathetic service and support. Booked AC repair, UC guy broke the AC lock. Raised the issue another UC guy came and said will escalate the issue to senior. Yet no resolution is provided. When I reopen the case, it's marked as resolved immediately @UC_Assist
