This issue has persisted since the very beginning, right from the day Vishal Ji purchased the Tata Safari. Every time the problem is "fixed," it reappears after just a few thousand kilometers. Frustrated and exhausted by this recurring issue, Vishal Ji reached out to us in January. We thoroughly inspected the matter and escalated it to the concerned authorities at Tata for a lasting resolution.
In response, the factory team was involved for a deeper diagnosis. They claimed to have resolved the issue and assured that it would not recur. However, throughout this process, the customer experience remained extremely disappointing — marked by a clear lack of empathy and the arrogant behavior of service personnel, which reflects poorly on Tata's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Now, the issue has resurfaced yet again.
This time, the vehicle broke down while Vishal Ji was traveling with his family to a religious function (Pooja) on the first day of Navratri — a moment that was meant to be joyful and auspicious turned into one of stress and embarrassment. The top-end variant of Tata Safari, which is positioned as Tata Motors' flagship SUV, failed once more when it mattered most.
How can a brand expect loyalty when its premium product fails repeatedly and the after-sales service only adds to the customer's suffering? The tagline might as well be: "You buy it, you suffer."
aThere is no visible empathy or genuine concern from the brand's side — just broken promises and repeated apologies. Owning a Tata Safari, despite its potential on paper, has become an emotionally draining and mentally taxing journey for a customer who simply expected reliability and respect.
