I have been testing this theory myself. My new sticker is in my glove box. I’ve had at least 4 police cars stop directly behind me at red lights throughout Charlotte over the past 6 months - not one of them has pulled me over despite my tag having expired in December 2025.

Local police SPECIFICALLY CONFIRMED the attack was targeted at Aaron Marin.

Bullet holes can be seen in trees, cars, mailbox, and his kid's basketball hoop. Marin's ENTIRE FAMILY was forced to leave their home and Aaron says they live in, "constant fear."
