@VentraChicago can you work on accuracy please. This app is almost never correct, especially for the #2 and #3

@AmazonHelp the carrier is Best Buy NJ whose a very good seller. The shipping was through Amazon

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

@amazon I need an explanation. Tried to online. can only contact the seller, but it's amazon's shipping & the tracking # isn't highlighted

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

@amazon Paid for 2 day shipping. I was supposed to have my item yesterday. Online it says delivered but my item is not here

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

@City_Of_Chicago residents already pay high taxes...ticketing ppl unfairly is ridiculous. So many ppl I know have been cheated out of $

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

@fly2midway what was going on with security this morning. Never experienced anything like that. Almost missed my flight

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

Bye bye @sprint @sprintcare ...you don't value your customers anyway. Looking for new service ASAP! 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

@sprint plays so many games. I've yet to see the credit on my bill that they promised and no one has called me back from @sprintcare

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

@sprintcare no. I didn't get a sufficient amount off my bill, especially given I've had to call numerous times.

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

And the other time I called @sprint I was told I was going to get a call back bc the system crashed...that was 24 hrs ago. still no call

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

Another time when I called @sprint I was "conveniently" transferred to the wrong department that ended up disconnecting me.

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

3 times when I called @sprint I was "conveniently" disconnected when expressing my grievances about my poor service.

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

And the worst customer service award goes to ::drum roll:: @sprint. Talk about rude and unhelpful. After 5 calls I finally get helped.

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

The last time I had a real issue flying was with @AmericanAir...guess I'll do whatever I can to fly @SouthwestAir next time

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

Disappointed also bc @AmericanAir is accommodating and the manager was rude. Where's the customer service?

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

@si_seaniorita girl if I didn't have a whole job and responsibilities

[Anastacia @Chi_Chick]

Heard 2 diff stories from @AmericanAir when my Chgo flight was canceled out of NOLA earlier 2day. Was it weather or Ohare airport?
