Another observation:
On average, tweets with #100daysofcode have higher # of likes & retweets.
Maybe it's because it has the highest participation amongst the other hashtags.
Ideas 💡 why do they flow so easily at times and at others it’s like fighting a tide. I’ve found that idea generating is also a like muscle building. The more you do it the easier it gets. Do you have any tips of forming ideas?
@whackochacko I always start with a problem. Then,
- map out & visualize the value exchange flows around that problem.
- identify the part where it could be potentially improved.
- brainstorm for ideas.
To me, reframing a problem & prove if it is worth solving are also important.
Twitter advanced search could be a good tool for problem size guesstimation.
If you keep doing the search for hours, you might be able to come out with some fun ideas 😆

@HugoHamelcom I reframe my work into a 30-days journey with a theme (short term goal / milestone) and share the progress (e.g. discoveries, learning, etc.).
In fact, I created https://t.co/kiZC6BjJvY to gamify it a bit.
@aryan_kochhar Renewable energy - biomass.
I was with a company that turned palm biomass into fast pyrolysis oil back in 2005. It failed. But, the market potential is still there.
@rorypeace Map it out to get a clearer holistic view & plan + get feedback/help. I feel overwhelmed mostly because of the unexpected tasks and/or issue with my capacity & resources.
I’m going to review & turn my cold outreach plan into experiments so that I can better gauge my progress with less bias.
I’ve been making a lot of guesses and they are getting me nowhere. 😔

@findemmanueldev It happens to me too especially when I work solo.
I find that having small achievable goals / mini milestones & managing personal energy help.
