@MrDennisV There's direct peer chat in the alpha 2 release but not very pretty. Any hooks for sending images and the like need to be upstreamed to interoperate. Tracker chat can be anything
@CremlinGremlin There are methods for detecting botting and running those things does not make you count as a casino. It isn't uncommon for people to be trustable to not cheat as long as it isn't too trivial but be bad credit risks and this solves that
@clumma Not very well. You'd have to make part of a move be the players declaring when they made their move and the slashing would be to compare to blockchain time but there's a lag of several minutes to unroll so you couldn't have per-turn limits on the order of seconds
The vision for Chia Gaming looks a lot like IRC architecturally. Player apps are like IRC clients, and they all know about and can talk to all the trackers, which are like IRC servers
Our community is continually developing the ecosystem with new and interesting projects. Last week, we spoke with Rigidity about Rue, an alternative programming language for the Chia Blockchain. If you missed it, you can catch up on it using the link below!
@davidad In my experience it always thinks I did everything especially after a conversation was compressed because it makes no attempt to record who said what in the notes
