What a lot of people fail to realize, is that this was Marlo's demise. They never gave Marlo's group a closer look until Bodie was killed.

Mcnulty wanted revenge so bad, he even made up a fake serial killer to use funds the city didn't have. Also, he used illegal wire taps. In a way, he risked his career for Bodie.

The police are really bad at protecting witnesses in this show.

The worst part about Bodie's death is that nobody except McNulty and Poot really cared or remember him. He was a soldier his whole life.

Never did no wrong, played the game straight and honest. Forgotten by his old organization after it fell apart, no respect, no promotions, gets capped in the back of the head and dies like any other.🎬🍿

@prettythreat__ The movie’s whole point is that the gods can’t keep saving humanity or faith dies. Still hurts watching Athena go down while he looks extra concerned only then.

Immortals was seriously underrated. It’s honestly a shame we never got the sequel or trilogy that was planned, because this movie had so much potential.

But watching it again, I still have one question: why the hell did Zeus bring only four gods to fight what looked like an endless army of Titans?

And if Zeus had pulled the chains immediately after they arrived, maybe the gods wouldn’t have suffered so many casualties.

The gods were immortal, but that didn’t mean they were completely untouchable. They couldn’t die from old age or ordinary humans, but Titans and higher beings could kill them. The movie also made a point of showing that even the gods could be vulnerable.

And Zeus being the most concerned when Athena was wounded was soo hilarious. Ares and the others get killẽð and Zeus is basically: “Anyway…”

Honestly, this movie had enough mythology and world building for an entire trilogy.

This movie deserved a sequel!!!

There was something special about the way Johnny Carson could walk onto the stage as Carnac the Magnificent and immediately make the audience laugh.

The ridiculous entrances, the sealed envelopes, and the way he revealed the answers before even seeing the questions made Carnac one of the most memorable characters from The Tonight Show.

More than four decades later, there is still something timeless about watching Carson turn such a simple idea into comedy.

This scene just shows the respect that Avon and Stringer have for Wee Bay, instead of clipping him too, they hide him.

They know he's just too valuable an asset and from his arrest down the road they were right, he took a bunch of charges on top of his murder because he knew one life sentence or 20, he aint gonna see the outside world ever again.

People saying Wee-Bey never did anything, they're forgetting the fact that he shot Omar in the shoulder in Season One, while covering for Avon.

The moment of sheer panic in that man's face was priceless. No wonder it became a GIF.

I think the legendary meme face was Bey realizing the possibility that he would have to do life.

Not that he was afraid, just shocked by the way his life might change. As we all know, he never questioned selling out the fam.

Del doesn’t need to accuse Marty and Bruce over and over. Instead, he tells a calm little story about someone who stole just five dollars and makes it clear that, to him, the amount was never the point.

When trust is broken, even a small betrayal can become a death sentence.
