My evidence has been heard at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court today, along with others.

Semenyo is due to give his statement via video link soon as well.

Mark Mogan is alleging that Semenyo called him a cripple in response to being called a “black bastard” all because apparently he took too long to take a throw-in.

He didn’t take very long until that point and him behaving like delayed the match.

He’s always been an angry little man, and I’ve always used his behaviour for my daughters in how not to behave. Something as simple as throwing all his wrappers on the floor and expecting others to pick them up 😂

The other major one is frequently throwing his chewing gum on the pitch or at the linesman, disgusting.

That 25 mins or so of us having to sit next to him knowing what he’d done was so uncomfortable. He should have been removed from the stadium straight away, not at the end of half time.

This is all extremely ironic given the fact that he purchased a “no room for racism” patch for his shirt.

Verdict will be later on this afternoon.
