I get the past two years have been exhausting. I'm a Nurse. I get it, I truly do. However, I have never taken out frustration on my patients. There's no excuse for rude, snide treatment.

The rude comment by the @SouthwestAir flight attendant bothered my kiddo. He was embarrassed as that remark was made in front of many other people. Why be rude to a kid, @SouthwestAir ?

When boarding the flight, my son was asked to "pull up his mask." My son did as asked. The @SouthwestAir flight attendant then snidely remarks to my kiddo, "think after two years you'd get this by now."

My son and his dad are traveling via @SouthwestAir to St. Louis from Tulsa. My oldest is on the spectrum and always struggles keeping his mask over his nose as it slips constantly, fogs his glasses.
