@MusicOfLee Easier to quickly change tempo from 60 to 138 (for instance) when using a physical metronome with a dial, but I’m mostly just using my phone these days…

@united A terrible customer experience was "Honey, I'm in the United app and it looks like they changed the plane and we don't have any seat selection and the only ones left are in the back row. Did you know this? Nope, I didn't either."
@united A GREAT customer experience would have sent an email like "Hey, we had to change planes. We have reassigned your seats, similar to what you had before. Log in and check if they're okay & change if you wish."
@united And aircraft, too, might as well get that out there. But a GOOD customer experience would have included a brief email "Hey, we had to change planes. Log in and choose new seats for yourself."
