Important update for tomorrow's Battle of the Locals tournament!

After player feedback, the transition from Swiss to Single Elimination will be a normal top cut, not the highest-placing player from each store as originally communicated.

After Swiss rounds are complete, the top 8 players will move on to single elimination, regardless of store. This matches the TCG Single Day structure found in the Play! Pokémon Tournament Rules Handbook, and allows for an even playing field for all players.
