Nearly 50% of those on welfare stay enrolled for at least 3 plus years

We should judge success based on how many get OFF of government benefits, not enrolled

Reports indicate that the Nebraska DOC director will not answer media questions after this morning’s execution. This is not normal. Officials in other death penalty states generally take at least a few questions. What is Nebraska trying to hide from the public?
