@Brandon_Beaber I was taking Vit D3, 4,000 IU daily for at least 5-7 years. My last bloodwork results showed my Vit D level was way too high, so now it's been put on hold. 🤷🏾‍♀️

@andy_reynard Around 10 yrs ago, I thought I could show my 8-year-old how to do a cartwheel. Unfortunately, it was during a family BBQ, so they saw me go up and go down, but it was nowhere near an actual cartwheel, lol. I remember lying there for a good 10 minutes before I could move again.

@CrazyLegsLife All of my family & friends know that I have MS. They don't know and can't physically see how bad my anxiety has gotten about becoming too burdensome for them. I still try to do everything on my own, which I know is horrible, but I don't want to be a burden. 🥺

@andy_reynard Unless you have MS (or another debilitating disorder), it's damn near impossible to truly understand the rollercoaster ride of symptoms that come with it second-to-second, minute-to-minute, hour-to-hour, day-to-day, and so on.
