For those who haven't figured it out yet:

The strategy is simple. Put something before Congress that the people actually want, then attach a poison pill to it so lawmakers have an excuse to vote against it. They do not have to openly reject the popular issue. They can hide behind the poison pill, blame the other side, and pretend the failure was about the bad attachment instead of their unwillingness to pass what the people wanted. Rinse and repeat.

This is all they do.

@TheGoblinnn Do not recommend. Some companies will absolutely take you to court, and have the ability to garnish your income. If they sue and win, they may be able to garnish wages, garnish bank accounts, put a lien on property, add court costs, attorney fees, and interest if allowed.
