@RossyPrime I’ve had to show ID, fill out a questionnaire, pass a background check, and testify that I don’t use drugs, or suffer any mental illness for every gun purchase I’ve ever made.

Come to think about it, yeah, these would all be good things to require of voters.

@evalatrans Definitely societies judgment. I dated a trans woman for 3 years. Had her pic on my desk, everyone complemented her until they found out she was trans. Then she was just a “tr@nny wh0re” and I became a “frisco fa660t” and eventually lost my job. This was in the Bay Area too!!!

@DOGEQEEN Yep! We are. Every time I’ve bought a gun I’ve had to show ID, fill out an ncic questionnaire, and pass a background check. Literally, every single time. I don’t want guns in the hands of nutsos any more than you. What I don’t want, is a database of who and what guns someone has.
