A government should never be afraid of dialogue.
Talking to separatist groups does not mean accepting their demands, and it certainly does not mean excusing violence. It means recognising that people do not wake up one morning and suddenly decide that they no longer belong to a country.
There are grievances behind every separatist movement - political, economic, historical or cultural. Some may be exaggerated, some may be legitimate, and some may be exploited by those seeking power.
But you cannot arrest an idea out of existence.
Sometimes the strongest defence of a nation is not the military. It is the willingness to listen to the people who say they no longer believe in the nation.

What is so interesting about Ahmadu Bellos “Northernization policy” is that, he wanted to keep those from the South from working in the North, yet, he wanted foreign (Hausa & Fulani emirs) to rule over Middle Belt peoples
He did not believe that we should have autonomy, yet wanted the same thing from the South.
@mats56455 MY TAKE
FINLAND VS SIMON EKPA CASE IS -A POLITICAL TRIAL, NOT A LEGAL TRIAL
The Justice and Foreign Affairs authorities of Finland 🇫🇮 were duped by what I believe to be fake Nigerian intelligence and evidence, material that could embarrass the Finnish Government if this case ever goes beyond here to the European Court of Human Rights for review.
The prosecutors representing Finland 🇫🇮 and, to some extent, the Nigerian Government have very thin, flimsy, shallow and feeble evidence on which they have relied.
This case is a typical example of a case that should never have arrived here.
Asking for the right to separate is a freedom enshrined in the UN Charter. Article 1(2) of the UN Charter makes respect for the “principle of equal rights and self-determination of peoples” one of the fundamental purposes of the United Nations.
These rights are universal. Whether in Finland 🇫🇮, Britain 🇬🇧 or the USA 🇺🇸, every person has the right to state their reasons and express their political views.
So far, in the two weeks I have spent here, I have followed the case closely and monitored its progress while gathering more and more missing links. I find NO STRONG EVIDENCE FROM THE PROSECUTION.
If Finland 🇫🇮 wanted to pursue the issue of tax on broadcasts, there is a department in Helsinki where I have gone and found out how tax defaulters are treated. As an investigative professional, I know how tax authorities can pursue tax defaulters.
In conclusion, THERE IS NO LEGAL MERIT IN THE SIMON EKPA CASE, BUT RATHER A POLITICAL TRIAL forced upon Finland 🇫🇮 or conducted in conjunction with Finland.
The purpose behind this POLITICAL TRIAL is known to the former Justice Minister and Attorney General, Abubakar Malami, and the then Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, who is now the full Minister, @Ojukwu_Bianca.
Those are my thoughts as we enter the final stage of this case this week.

Operation Python Dance II: A Troubling Reminder of the Need for Justice and Accountability
August 16, 2026
Before you sleep tonight, take your time to watch this disturbing video clip.
What is shown is a real footage from the period of Operation Python Dance (Egwu Eke) in Abia State, rather than a movie or fictional production.
The footage shows the Nigerian military personnel arresting and physically assaulting the people of Biafra and supporters, in this clip you will see the scenes in which some individuals are forced to roll through a dirty, muddy ground.
During this evil action seen in this video, some people were killed and that others taken away during the operation and they never returned home again .
These are extremely serious devilish action against Biafrans and should not simply be ignored.
Families who lost loved ones during that period deserve answers.
For many people in the Southeast, memories of military operations such as Python Dance remain deeply painful.
Images and allegations of excessive force can raise profound questions about trust, citizenship, security, and the relationship between the Nigerian state and the Biafran of the Igbo extraction .
It is therefore legitimate to ask difficult questions: Why should citizens feel safe when security operations are involved in humiliation, violence or unlawful detention?
What accountability mechanisms exist when military personnel are seen treating a certain tribe with this magnitude of abuses?
And what can be done to ensure that no community is treated as an enemy simply because of its political beliefs or demands for self-determination?
The answer should not be further violence or hatred. It should be truth, justice, accountability, and respect for human dignity. Every person—regardless of ethnicity or political position—deserves protection under the law.
The Biafran question will continue to demand serious attention until the grievances behind it are addressed through peaceful and credible means.
Free Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and every Biafran arrested on and after Operation python dance across Biafra land because of their belief for Biafra restoration.
Watch the footage.
We Remember the victims.
We Demand the truth.
We Demand justice.

No where in the bible says God is white. On the contrary, God is black. Proofs:
Ezikel 40:3. The angel was described as bronze.
Rev. 1:14-15. Described the messiah as having feets of bronze.
Bronze here refers to a "black" not a "white"
God is black
Please help me share. Around 3 a.m. today, thieves broke into my shop in Owerri. They removed my CCTV camera, switched off my solar security light, and stole inverters, lithium batteries, my laptop, solar panels, breakers, cables, power banks, and more.
They also broke into my neighbor’s supermarket. The video I’m posting was captured by my neighbor’s CCTV before the criminals removed that camera too. If you recognize anyone in this video or have any useful information please contact the nearest police station or send me a direct message.
Please help share. One share could help identify those responsible.
Thank you.

Indigenous Groups Challenge FG Over Ranching Plan in Plateau, Benue, Kaduna, Kwara, Osun and Ondo States
Indigenous communities in Plateau, Benue, Kaduna, Kwara, Osun and Ondo States are questioning the Federal Government’s reported plan to implement a pilot ranching programme across the affected states and parts of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The communities are demanding greater transparency regarding the criteria used to select the participating states. They are particularly questioning why states such as Sokoto, Zamfara, Katsina and Kano—where cattle rearing and pastoralism are also prominent—were not given similar consideration.
They argue that priority should first be given to communities displaced by years of farmer-herder conflicts, particularly those who have been unable to return to their ancestral lands. According to the communities, committing land to ranching projects before addressing the displacement and security concerns of affected populations could further deepen existing tensions and create new disputes over land ownership and use.
The groups stress that they are not opposed to ranching or modern livestock management. However, they insist that any attempt to acquire or allocate land for ranching must comply fully with the Constitution, applicable land laws and other relevant legal procedures, while respecting the rights and interests of Indigenous and host communities.
They are therefore calling on the Federal Government to engage meaningfully with affected communities before proceeding with the programme. They also want clear information on how the proposed ranching sites were selected, who owns the land involved, how affected communities will be consulted or compensated where necessary, and what safeguards will be put in place to prevent further displacement or conflict.
The communities maintain that sustainable livestock development should not come at the expense of the rights, livelihoods and ancestral lands of Indigenous populations. They are urging the Federal Government to pursue an inclusive approach that addresses insecurity, facilitates the safe return of displaced persons and protects legitimate land rights while developing long-term solutions to farmer-herder conflicts.
