My biggest criticism of the #mastersoftheuniverse movie was the foul language. Completely unnecessary and if you removed it, it would not have changed any of the story at all. Some parents (not all) still do not want to subject their children to language like that if possible
@DwarvenConstit1 The scene with his roommate where the roommate basically tells him to just do what everyone else does, work every day and pay bills etc, and Adam knows there is more to his life than that - felt like a real meta message to the men out there
@FigureFanZero@AtumMirabilis I’ve seen videos of people fitting Origins Spikor in the Fright Fighter. That vehicle is categorized as an “Origins” vehicle I believe
If Amazon/Mattel wanted to juice the box office numbers, just release the whole opening sequence before Adam gets to Earth. That opening pulls you right into the story and people would be more interested in going to find out how the rest of the story unfolds.
@Stefano_Cellino@TheFilmJunkee His roommate says that his therapist thinks his fascination with Eternia and the sword is a trauma response to losing his parents - so he probably was raised through the foster system because people believed his parents were dead when he was found at 10.
My brothers & sisters who have seen both Masters of the Universe movies in the theater-
Happy to say that the new one is really fun. Likeable cast. Popcorn vibe. Lotta fighting. Man-at-Arms vs. Trap Jaw fired me up.
