Last week, we received the heartbreaking news of the passing of 21-year-old Eric Sanchez. Eric had a deep admiration for law enforcement, often visiting or engaging with officers whenever possible. He even transformed his wheelchair into a police car. Our hearts go out to his family and friends as they navigate this difficult time.

Honoring the life of Officer Charles M. Whites, Jr.

On February 25, 2018, Officer Whites was tragically struck by a vehicle while directing traffic around a crime scene. Despite lifesaving efforts, he sadly succumbed to his injuries on April 27, 2018.

Officer Whites dedicated 19 years to the Round Rock Police Department, serving in roles as a Patrol Officer, Field Training Officer, and SWAT Negotiator.

We will never forget his selfless service and sacrifice.
