I used to try to be perfect.
Why? I was deathly afraid my team and clients would realize i’m a flawed human as well (lol)
As much as I try to always have my sh*t together…
..there are many days I don’t.
I’ve learned a lot in my career and one of the most valuable lessons that allows me to get more done is that, I can do things MY way - rather than the “ideal” way.
Just because I don’t see someone else doing it doesn’t mean it is “wrong”
Here’s me getting my makeup & hair done while doing a 1-1 🤣
It works for ME.
In the gym, you progressively overload the weight on the bar for maximum muscle growth.
In business, you progressively overload the skill in your mind for creative problem solving.
Muscles ache when exercised but grow back stronger.
Your soul will also ache when exercised.
When you use the entire power of your existence.
Some emotions can not be felt without exhausting your spirit.
Exercising your soul will always hurt. But you will grow back stronger.
I make sure absolutely everybody I associate with wins in every possible way.
Or I don’t associate with them at all.
All my friends and soldiers get richer and richer.
Pretty women can be replaced.
Loyal women are everywhere.
Fun women in every city of every country on earth.
But -
If you have a woman who's helped you when your mind was at war.
Who didnt judge you or lose respect for you as you struggled in the battle against yourself.
Who cared.
Who tried to help you anyway she can.
Who was understanding and patient and loving and kind.
Shes a diamond.
You cant ever lose that girl.
