No, his words alone aren’t malicious or threatening, but actions truly do speak louder than words. When you block someone on social media, the expectation is that they won’t bother you again. I’m trying not to pass judgment, but it takes a truly disgusting person to keep this up

He wore out his welcome when he continued to make accounts after being blocked. And Twitter allows this to go on. They should be keeping track of repeat offenders and the fact that the same people keep reporting the same type of account.

Update: this David person continues to harass others and myself, not only on this account but on all of my accounts. When I sent him this message, he blocked me because he is a coward. Again, if an account like this follows you, block and report. Don’t give him any chances.
