Because of presence of accumulated water in the patch it gave a muddy appearance , and some one did mischief by accumulating mud in the center and fabricated plantation by placing some tree branches in the middle of road to exploit the situation.

As reported by the concerned EXEN this road is presently under construction, approved under languishing projects
& contractor has mobilised sources & work is under progress. There was low laying patch in this area which was filled with GSB yesterday evening.@dirprjk @manojsinha_
