@claasma @VolkerUllrich Wenn die anteilige Sitzverteilung nicht die Zweitstimmen repräsentiert, dann ist das nicht der Wählerwille. Das ist weiterhin gegeben. Es mag zwar schade sein um so manchen Wahlkreis, ist auf Bundesebene allerdings auch nicht ganz so tragisch.
