Honored to present to the amazing team at @LifeAssistEMS in Sacramento on crisis leadership and team building at their annual meeting.
Thank you to CEO Bryan Holliday for entrusting me with over 130 members of your organization, from leadership to frontline professionals.
Right now these seats are empty.
Later today they’ll be filled with leaders navigating uncertainty, complexity, and high expectations.
We’ll talk about what actually holds up when the plan changes:
Clear communication, decisive leadership and taking care of your people.

Thank you to the New Jersey Fire Chiefs Association for the honor of presenting the keynote at your conference. Grateful for the chance to connect, learn, and share with incredible fire service leaders.
On October 9, the Massachusetts Fire Chiefs, alongside @MassFireMarshal Jon Davine, held a press conference at Brockton Fire Station 1 to remind residents about the life-saving importance of having working smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in their homes. The message was clear — outdated or missing alarms put families at serious risk. With colder weather approaching and heating systems running more frequently, officials are urging everyone to test their detectors, replace batteries, and ensure they are up to date to prevent tragedy before it strikes. @nardi230@chiefreardon

Chief Nardelli and @Brockton_Fire hosted @MassFireMarshal, @ChiefReardon, & @MassFireChiefs to raise awareness that smoke alarms must be replaced after 10 years. Choose replacements with a sealed, 10-year battery and a hush feature so no one disables them: https://t.co/QzMpkEEzro
“When are they going to get over this?”
They won’t—and they shouldn’t have to carry it alone.
Leadership means showing up when it hurts most. This is what real support looks like on the fireground and beyond.👇
