The Express way is nothing more than a means to divert attention from delibrately abandoning the 8 bypasses that can be completed in the shortest possible time to reduce the suffering of the people.
The NDC has benefited greatly from the hard and unpopular decisions that the NPP had to take to steer Ghana on the track due to the effects from external factors. Ghanaians are beginning to realise that the NDC is indeed a scary alternative.

So the chart below shows the price you pay for 1 gigabyte of internet from MTN depending on the amount purchased in a single transaction.
Example:
1. If you buy 1 cedi data, you get 0.04091 gigabyte. Meaning you pay 24 44 cedis for 1 gigabyte. (i.e. if you buy multiples of 1 cedis)
2.If you buy 10 cedis data, you get 0.82672 gigabyte. Meaning, you pay 12.10 cedis for 1 gigabyte. (i.e. if you buy multiples of 10 cedis).
3.If you buy 399 cedis data, you get 214.53 gigabyte. Meaning, you pay less than 2 cedis (1.86) for each gigabyte.
Such pricing models are not uncommon, however this one is very extreme. If you are used to buying MTN data in 10 cedis tot tot (which most people do), you end up paying 2,589.40 cedis to get to the 214.53 gigabytes that those who buy 399 cedis get instantly. This is paying over 6 and a half times more.
So
The more you buy, the less you pay
or
The more you buy, the more value you get.
However, with the fact that very few in Ghana have the luxury to buy 399 cedis data at a go, is this pricing model;
Disadvantaging the poor?
Extorting the marginalised?
Or screwing the less emdowed?
Your pick.
PS:
The Minister should look at this rather than chasing shadows.
PPS:
The data shows that if you must buy in tots, better buy 3 cedis at a time, as 3 times 3 cedis gets you 1.2 gigabytes, while 10 cedis gets you less than 1 gigabyte (0.82672)
