Yeah you can’t be throwing dog poop in someone’s trash can when they don’t want dog poop in their trash can BUT in spirit of beinf a good neighbor the lady shouldn’t have cared. And if she did have a problem then maybe just go talk to the guy and explain why and figure out a neighborhood solution like random sidewalk dog poop trash cans or something like that.
