1. Equivalent rental real yields+capital gains vs alternative investments real yields+capital gains
2. Generational wealth vs lifetime comfort
3. The cost of uncertainty(huge in Kenya)

@kahome_steve Some would disagree based on how much returns retail MMFs are currently giving vs even short term risk free rates. Why would someone right now put money in an MMF when you have a easy Dhow CSD account except for the liquidity that (but 3 days vs 3 months is nothing-burger) ?
