Have you seen government parastatals change names and add LIMITED at the end?
It means they have been privatised.
Privately the shares have been sold to foreign and local companies, they will later list the same at NSE and reap the profits when the prices go up.
Imagine a parastatal like Kenya Railways, all the land is gone! Kenya Seed Company!

@Goddie_Ke In Oct 1990, Kenyan govt expelled Norwegian ambassador Niels Dahl after Norway granted asylum to politician Koigi wa Wamwere. at the time, Norway was supporting a multi-billion shilling fish processing plant in Turkana. Has this issue since been resolved? @NorwayAmbKenya
