ChildFund Mozambique Program Specialist, Inácio Jossitala, participated in the radio debate on the importance of Breastfeeding, which took place on Radio Indico, under the celebrations of the National Breastfeeding Week, held from 07 to 12 August.

In our digital day and age, children and teens use the internet to learn, play and talk to their friends just as much as adults do.
However, ChildFund is aware that the shift to digital learning has made students vulnerable to online exploitation and abuse.

ChildFund recognizes that adolescents and youth are resourceful and resilient. To enable them to become skilled and involved in their families and communities, ChildFund supports youth-led safe spaces and clubs that provide a protective environment as they grow into adulthood.
According to the 2023 ChildFund Mozambique Program Quality Review, 61% of caregivers interviewed in Maputo📷 consider the community safe for children📷📷 to grow up.

ChildFund, through its local partner ATTV, co-organized the consultation meeting for NGOs working with children.
This is an annual exercise carried out by the child's parliament to assess the child's satisfaction versus the projects implemented by NGO´s for their well-being.
