Today I received a third email stating that I would be paid in 2 to 3 weeks. Every time I get and email saying that they’ll pay, they add another 2 to three weeks.

Got an email this morning saying that they are working on it and payment will be made in 2 to 3 weeks. This is the THIRD EMAIL saying exactly the same. FLEW IN FEBRUARY!!!
AIR INDIA, DISGRACEFUL service and staff. Promised 50% refund of return fare because business class seat was inoperable. Paid $3035 one way, $12100 return for two. Now offering $845 refund only. Many inoperable seats. DON’T FLY AIR INDIA. Will have to sue!

Took a flight with Air India in February, business class, was offered 50% refund for faulty seat. Received 3rd email today saying compensation of 25% will be paid in 2 to 3 weeks. IT’S MAY and not a penny.
@airindia I see that another of your planes had to return. This one to Chicago because of rags and cloths blocking the toilet. When we left Vancouver we returned to the gate for 3 hours because of technical issue.
@airindia Then why was I told it would be 50% of my fare. Do you allow your staff to lie? Not only that, neither mine nor my husband’s screens were working so we were unable to watch anything during the 14 hour flight.
@airindia How can you assure me that I would be reimbursed 50% of the cost of my return ticket to then barely offer me 50%!!This is totally dishonest, along with using planes that are so old they are falling apart. If you can’t fix business class seats, what other maintenance is not done.
