I don’t see the “we are one people” crowd condemning the Islamic regime's ongoing attacks on Kurdish parties and the Peshmerga. In fact, I have heard the “they deserved it” by the cult-crowd. This silence is exactly why we are not, and never have been, one people.
@fernydyke@vyvansefangirl@kreepkroop And i'm calling her a hypocrite cause these same people who talk about this "irony" never talk about the Iranian state bombing, killing and displacing my people these past few weeks of which this treasure was actually stolen from.
The linguistic policies by the Syrian terrorists regime in Afrin expose a glaring geopolitical double standard. Kurdish, the native language of the indigenous population, is systematically suppressed by Syria, Iran and Turkey under the guise of combating “separatism”.. Meanwhile, the language of the occupying force is actively institutionalized and imposed on the occupied peoples. It is deeply paradoxical that these states loudly condemn Western imperialism while simultaneously practicing aggressive, geographical imperialism, and imperialist assimilation policies within the artificial borders originally drawn by those very Western powers.
“Us” he says - a picture perfect metaphor for the discrimination that the Kurdish people are facing in Iran.
Pictured is a Kurdish men in Rojhelat (western Iran) who improvised a mask during the pandemic - at that time, the Iranian government has supplied every other region across Iran and completely ignored the Kurdish regions.
Masks were smuggled on foot into Rojhelat via the KRG.
Now these monarchists are using such pictures to use them to support their agenda of reinstalling Reza.
While at the time they and other Iranians were very supportive of these fascist policies.
This applies to the monarchists and the IRGC alike - there’s no genuine “us”
“The officials added that reconnaissance teams affiliated with the Kurdish parties documented the deployment of artillery, multiple rocket launchers and armored vehicles, as well as daily drone surveillance flights over border areas inside Iran and near Iraq’s Kurdistan Region.”
@godsmirorr@kreepkroop I honestly believe we should just support opressed people themselves and not states cause you would support other peoples opressors. The west is filled with kind people that believe in human rights everywhere and they are not evil just cause their states do evil things.
@godsmirorr@kreepkroop Us from our land. The west also has caused great suffering to Africa and Asia but it's stupid to divide the world into a good and bad side. All states can be evil, we should never blindly support certain states cause their enemies are the west cause they can be evil too.
