This is a textbook deceptive dark pattern to trap users into postpaid bills. I have officially registered a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH). I’m also canceling BOTH of my Airtel Wi-Fi connections immediately. Disgraceful! #AirtelScam #ConsumerProtection

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is actively trying to hide their practices in my DMs on a secondary account while ignoring my main one. They acknowledge I was in the app changing my Wi-Fi plan, yet they claim a sneak mobile postpaid migration OTP equals 'consent'.
