Honestly shout out women's clothing designers for somehow making tank tops (sleeveless) shorts (capris) and sandals business casual attire while men are stuck wearing long sleeve collared shirts, pants and leather shoes. We've been completely outclassed.

This is only going to happen more because it’s so common at younger levels.
Not playing enough in college? Transfer. Not playing enough in juniors? Try a new team or league. Not playing enough in prep or high school? Switch schools. Not playing enough for your 14U-18U club team? Find another.
Players now grow up feeling empowered to do what’s best for them. It’s not like that just ends when they get to the NHL.
