A simple but powerful truth. Change starts in our heart and is realized by how we choose to treat each other. No one should be treated differently because of the color of their skin.
Fear will cause you to panic. Fear will cause you to doubt God. Fear is not of God. Fear is not from God. Fear was sent to stagger your footsteps. Choose not to stagger at the Promises of God. Choose to fix your focus on Christ. Walk forward in Him. 💪
A culture of greatness doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when a leader expects greatness and each person in the organization builds it, lives it, values it, reinforces it and fights for it.
Attack Today with Enthusiasm - If you want an exciting life, get excited about life. Don’t just go through the motions. It doesn't have to be like that. Remember your WHY today. We don't get burned out because of what we do. We get burned out because we forget why we do it.
Don't rush the future. You may want things to happen NOW but more than likely if you got what you wanted NOW you wouldn't be ready for it. The purpose process prepares you, strengthens you, shapes you and grows you to be successful, not in your time, but in the right time.

Even when your circumstances change your vision shouldn’t. Even when you have to adjust your goals your vision should remain a constant. Keep your vision alive and it will be the North Star that guides you while your purpose fuels you.
As a leader here are 3 things your team wants from you:
1. Direction: Provide clarity which leads to focused action.
2. Belief: Encourage and let them know you believe in them.
3. Trust: They want to know you trust them and that they can trust you.
