PLEASE use that hype button 👍🏻

[Dave @ChillywithCards]

They finally sent me a label for the return package. The claim now is apparently the 15 day expited grading that you pay for can actually take up to 45 days, so they have offered no full or partial refunds or any credit towards future grading. Guess I missed that in the fine print. By the way, that fine print isnt even available on their website because they took down their whole site the day after I submitted these originally.

[Dave @ChillywithCards]

This is absolutely wild, they take it to DMs for me to provide order #, then a picture of slabs, then they need ALL my info again, which they already have. Then tell me I need to cover any extra insurance over their standard amount, then I ask why I would be doing that for their error and I ask about what refund amount they will be providing considering a 15 day turnaround is now taking 45days plus because of their error. After all that, they say they are a different department and cant do that and for me to email CS 🤣🤣🤣

Back to square 1 I guess....

[Danny @DannypTCG]

🤔So this is how PSA allegedly grades cards?

2 or 3 people grading one card is actually worse than just 1 if you think about it. That means they all gave the okay for that grade.

The "grader is having a bad day" theory is still very much alive with how some clean cards get 7's or 8's. Meanwhile other cards get away with 10s when they shouldn't.

I don't think this really does anything to help the PSA grading allegations.😅
