A government cannot continue to ignore the pain of its people and expect frustration to disappear. Nigerians are hurting, and their cries for relief, accountability and meaningful change must not be dismissed.

Violence and destruction are never the solution, but neither should the legitimate grievances of Nigerians be ignored.

This is a very unfortunate situation—and a powerful reminder that leadership comes with responsibility.
