@NaijaBuzz2@SadiqMaunde Ozwor! Their minimum wage is 15$ - 45$ per HOUR, your own minimum wage is 46$ per MONTH. Tell me how they won't be able to afford the bills? Ode
@UkumiB@ChuksEricE Keep deceiving yourself that Nigeria will be better under Tinubu. You will learn don't worry.
And Yes, a new president with integrity and vision for a better Nigeria can turn things around within 3 years. It's not rocket science like they made you believe.
@UkumiB@ChuksEricE One funny thing about your likes is that you know deep within you that Tinubu failed woefully but you deliberately choose to be delusional because of sentiments. Well, you can keep deceiving yourself as we both bear the hard realities of the present Nigeria in the same measure.
@UkumiB@ChuksEricE It's a very simple task.. mention 3 other infrastructures aside coaster road that tinubu administration has done with the trillions borrowed or fuck off. If you were so confident of Tinubu's achievements you would have proudly mentioned them instead of beating around the bush.
I will choose Option 2.
A fully-loaded fabric shop in Alaba plus a warehouse is more than a business. It's an existing customer base, supplier relationships, market reputation, cash flow, inventory turnover, and a location that would cost a fortune to acquire today.
₦60 million sounds like a lot until you decide to start from scratch. Before long, rent, stock, logistics, staff salaries, and costly mistakes can consume a huge chunk of it.
The only reason I'd consider the ₦60 million is if the shop is struggling, the warehouse is empty, the business depends entirely on the former boss's personal relationships, or I already have a stronger opportunity elsewhere.
Otherwise, a profitable, established shop in Alaba could generate far more than ₦60 million over time.
@taiwoenitan7@myk_da_preacher Yes. The fulanis should rather keep raping your mother and daughters with their big uncircumcized preek than Obi becoming president.
