@EventimApollo once again this morning confirmed this is the worst venue in London to book access tickets for. No promised callbacks as per your own website, and long queues on the phone which cut you off after a long wait. Other venues manage it online, why not you? 😡

@OnTheBeach_Fest absolutely shocking behaviour of security staff towards my disabled husband today in Brighton. No empathy towards his needs and incredibly rude to me as his carer. Has left us with no accessibility to viewing the event at all. Don’t use this company again 👎👎
