王毅谈美伊冲突的启示

一是维护国际规则的重要性。任何国际和地区热点问题的解决都应以遵守国际规则为前提，丛林法则可以得逞一时，但不可持续。

二是尊重国家主权的重要性。领土完整不受侵犯、一国内政不容干涉，这是最基本的国际道义底线。

三是树立新安全观的重要性。各国越来越成为命运相连的共同体，以牺牲别国安全为代价，寻求自身绝对安全只会反噬自身。

四是把握新战争形态的重要性。近期多场战事中，信息战、网络战等非传统战争更加公开化。我们面临的传统与非传统安全威胁相互交织，金砖国家加强安全事务对话与合作正当其时。
