MAIIYAK KA NA LANG TALAGA SA GALIT SA #PLDT!!! THERE'S A MAJOR OUTAGE DAW SINCE MAY 30. NAGKAMERON KAMI NG INTERNET AND LANDLINE NUNG JUNE 5. THEN NAWALAN NA NAMAN NUNG JUNE 6. NAGREPORT AKO, SABI THE STANDARD TIMEFRAME FOR THEIR DISPATCH TEAM WILL BE 36 HRS.
EARLIER THIS MORNING, 6AM TO BE EXACT, I RECEIVED A TEXT FROM #PLDT THAT THE RESTORATION MAY TAKE UP TO 8HRS. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 8HRS ALREADY, YET WALA PA DING NANGYAYARI

Tapos pag magrereach out ka sa PLDT messenger, pang 200+ ka sa line pero napakabilis magdisconnect ng agent!!! nagttype ka pa lang, nadisconnect na ni agent yung chat!!! nakakap*t*ng*in* talaga!!!!
I think PLDT customer service is USELESS!!! We don't have internet and Landline since THURSDAY!!!! Araw-araw sinasabi ni CSR, ipapa-urgent!!! asan na yung urgent nyo???? Asan na yung technician nyo na sinabi ng CSR na pupunta sa area namin nung Friday??? @PLDTHome
