Reminder, beginning March 15 the South OSV will PARTIALLY CLOSE beyond the Coast Guard Station for nesting birds. In the south OSV there will be a 18 vehicle maximum. The North OSV fishing mile will OPEN to 12 vehicles maximum, conditions permitting on March 15.

UPDATE! Friday, September 1st, 2023, South OSV will be open to vehicles and pedestrians. The North OSV will be closed.

On Tuesday, May 30, 2023, the South OSV will be COMPLETELY CLOSED (Vehicles & pedestrians are prohibited south of closure line, which includes the ocean intertidal zone) due to nesting shorebirds. The North OSV fishing mile is OPEN to 12 vehicles maximum.

On Thursday, September 1, 2022, the South OSV Zone OPENS to pedestrians and vehicles (maximum of 48 vehicles allowed east of the black/white posts).

South OSV Zone, VA District is PARTIALLY CLOSED at “F” post (~1/3 mile open). NO vehicles or pedestrians south of closure. 18 vehicle limit. Enjoy!!!

North OSV Zone in VA District is OPEN to vehicles and pedestrians. 12-vehicle limit. MUST be actively fishing. Please sign in/out with numbers at kiosk near North OSV entrance
